SPLASH Primary Art

I love writing materials for teachers and other professionals to use. Over the years this has built up into a collection of over 50 topics, each with a rich and structured suite of activities that encourage independent exploration and progression. They cover Early Years to the end of Key Stage 2. They are used widely and very successfully by many schools in the north east.

Recently I have been pulling these materials together for a full suite of art units called Splash Primary Art. They are packed with pictures of real artwork from real children, showcasing what can be achieved using the units. Each activity is assigned learning objectives, required resources are listed and success criteria outlines. Teachers can follow the structured units to the letter, or simply pick and choose and use them as inspiration.
